Human Resources Workshop

Human Resources expert Cindy Carpenter is teaching a class at Flathead Valley Community College on Dec. 2 aimed at HR professionals who wish to learn about formal reviews, documentation and a process for disciplinary actions. The class will also discuss specific steps for addressing issues like harassment in the workplace. The class will be from 10 a.m.- noon and costs $35 to attend. Evergreen Chamber Holiday gathering

The Evergreen Chamber of Commerce’s annual holiday party will be on Dec. 8 and will consist of a social hour followed by dinner, a silent auction, and their annual awards presentation. The event is from 5-8:30 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn, 1840 U.S. 93 S, Kalispell. Single tickets are $80 or two tickets for $150. Kalispell Chamber FAYP holiday party

The Kalispell Chamber of Commerce is hosting a holiday party on Dec. 1, from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. at the Kalispell VFW, 330 First Ave W. The party is celebrating young professionals "retiring" from Flathead Area Young Professionals and there will be an ugly sweater contest.

C-Falls chamber’s awards

Join the Columbia Falls Area Chamber of Commerce on Dec. 13 from 5-7 p.m. at Cedar Creek Lodge, 930 Second Ave W, for the chamber’s annual awards ceremony as well as the chamber’s 35th anniversary celebration. The party is 1980s themed because the chamber was founded in 1987.
