Women Who Wine hosts annual giving banquet

Women Who Wine (WWW) welcomes everyone to help them celebrate a successful 2022 fundraising year at their annual giving banquet “Celebrating Our Stars” on Tuesday, Dec. 6 at the Elks Lodge in Kalispell. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.

“Celebrating Our Stars” will showcase the 12 nonprofit organizations and programs receiving 2022 grant awards from WWW: Post-Partum Resource Group, Empower Montana, Glacier Symphony & Chorale, Boys & Girls Club, My Glacier Village, the Nurturing Center, Flathead County Special Education Co-op, Valor Equine Therapy Services, Valley Neighbors, Citizens for a Better Flathead, NW MT Veterans Food Pantry and County-wide School Safety Assessment Project.

Guests will be treated to live music by Allison Stayer and a delicious Italian buffet supper by DeSoto Grill. There will also be raffle baskets and a live auction, cash bar, special wine bar, and the popular wine toss. All proceeds benefit Women Who Wine’s 2023 Grants Fund.

Tickets are available now at womenwhowine.org. Online purchase in advance is highly recommended, as only a very limited number of tickets will be available at the door.

Women Who Wine is a philanthropic giving circle that welcomes women of all ages to gather each month for social and professional networking, and to learn about and support charitable causes in the Flathead Valley. Membership is open and requires the contribution of $30 and a bottle of wine per meeting attended. Sustaining members commit to year-round paid attendance and are eligible to host meetings and select the month’s nonprofit beneficiary.
