Scott Goodnight
Scott Goodnight was born Jan. 7, 1955, and died Sept. 6, 2022.
Don't worry, be happy.
Watch a sunset, hug your dog, go kayaking, take a photo, dance to a country song, have a beer with friends, or put another log on the fire.
Scott was a talented photographer and entrepreneur who worked in photography his entire life. He owned camera stores in Vancouver, Washington, and Kalispell, and operated a mobile dog grooming business in Kalispell after retiring from retail photography.
He loved being around his friends and family, whether it was for a beer in the bar, a night of dancing to country music, kayaking on Lion Lake, or a day trip to Hungry Horse in one of his classic cars.
Scott leaves behind his son Alex, daughter Allison; former wife Vivian; brother Jim, sisters Suzie Koeser and Janet Goodnight-Hage; and many friends in Washington and Montana.
He was preceded in death by special friend Paula Stone-Heatley and his parents Ida and Ken Goodnight.
A celebration of Scott's life will be at 1 p.m. on Oct. 22, at the Eagles in Kalispell.
