When dispatch got her back on the phone, she said he had a water bottle full of booze. Meanwhile, officers had a man on the phone, who wanted to go inside the residence to pick up items. Officers determined the incident entailed a verbal argument over what property belonged to whom. The couple was advised to gather items separately and go to civil court if they couldn’t agree on ownership.
