Age: 61

Family: Son age 27, daughter age 25, three grandchildren ages 5, 3 and 1

Occupation: Real estate lender

Community involvement: Longtime coach; church board member; and Samaritan House board member.

What are the top issues you would like to see addressed in the next legislative session

Including but not limited to:

• Inflation, we need a coherent sensible long-term self sufficient energy policy.

• Resist tax spend borrow policies.

• Responsible limited effective government.

• Property tax relief.

• Life. We must respect all life and compassionately support those who may have slipped in the past, not disparage them with name calling rhetoric.

• Financial literacy at all levels of education. We've let past generations down by not teaching them fundamental essential principles and it shows in our society. I believe many politicians need financial literacy training.

• Support our law enforcement personnel.

• First Amendment rights. I like the quote, "I may disagree with what you have to say but I'll defend to the death your right to say it!" And if I disagree with you, I will not advocate for your life or property to be destroyed.

• Affordable housing and labor shortage.

Why are you the best choice to represent your district?

I have two kids and three grandchildren all born, raised and living in Kalispell where I've lived the last 43 years. Kalispell is our home, we love it here and hope to have this be a great place to live for the next 43 years, and beyond.

As one who has had multiple businesses here over the years and served multiple non profits, I know lots about organizational management, relationships and communications which I will use if elected - including but not limited to financial expertise and ingenuity.

And I'm a team player. Coaching team sports has been a longtime passion and still is. I believe there's great value understanding team dynamics which will be advantageous in service to this great state!
