What are the top issues you would like to see addressed in the next legislative session?

It is important to get Montana to work together for Montana. We have so much to do that requires us to work together in a bipartisan partnership for the issues that are so critically needed. Enough with the self-serving divisiveness, let's get Montana Moving forward !

Key issues for the people of Montana at the state level are:

• Mental Health

• Childcare

• Children's Welfare and Support

• Pre-K and K-12 Education

• Rural Access to Healthcare,

• Support of Low Cost Housing

• Homlessness

• Drug & Substance Abuse Issues

• Public Lands, Protection, Conservation, Stewardship and • Use & Access, Climate Change, Wildfire Mitigation.

• Taxation - Property, Business and Personal Income

• Protection of Women's Privacy and Bodily Autonomy,

• Diversity and Inclusion

• Budget Surplus

• And many others....

Why are you the best choice to represent your district?

I am experienced and have been successful in the business arena for 40 years by working cross-functionally, implementing and managing projects in all areas of company/agency operations for Multi National Petroleum, pharmaceutical and high technology semiconductor, U.S. government operations and even food manufacturing. I have demonstrated ability in implementing large projects in the form of Construction Projects and installing Information Technology systems.

I am able to analyze and streamline business operations to meet federal regulatory requirements and improve company bottom line profits by millions of dollars. I will use business analysis training gained while earning a Master of Business Administration in Operations and Project Management from Regis University and career experience where I have led and mentored teams to successfully implement multimillion-dollar, enterprise-wide projects and managed large portfolios for major companies, including Pepsi, Izzie, Amgen, Sandoz (Novartis) and Suncor.

I bring to the table executive and managerial level experience with state and federal government agencies -DOD, Army, Navy, Bureau of Land Management and North Dakota Health and Human Services and expertise in cGMP manufacturing and other regulatory arenas to ensure compliance while streamlining operations and increasing profits. With careful auditing, I have saved millions of dollars from being miss appropriated and delivered hundreds of millions of dollars in sales by rebuilding relationships and ensuring support for major accounts, including Walgreens and Wal-Mart. I have managed projects from $300K to $340 million and been a key manager on a $16 billion DOD Project.
