Law roundup: Boy allegedy kicks back with daiquiri
Someone called the Kalispell Police Department because they allegedly thought a little boy sitting in a parked green pickup was drinking a daiquiri in a can. The truck left.
A woman wearing glasses, a jacket and a giant purse — with a baby in tow — allegedly paid for a soda, talked to an employee and walked out the door without paying for a cart full of merchandise estimated to be worth $500. She left in a white Toyota RAV4.

A man wearing a green hat allegedly stood at the edge of a property, yelling at it. Officers determined the man, who was sitting with his dog, was not on the property and was not doing anything illegal.

Officers counseled the woman on her behavior toward the bus driver and said she couldn’t scream and yell on the bus even though she was upset. She was also informed that if she didn’t get along with the man she should not get on the bus when he was driving or contact the business with a complaint.
