No. 28881 CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Kalispell, Montana (the "City") will hold a public hearing on the proposed amendments to the Downtown Urban Renewal Plan and the West Side/Core Area Urban Renewal Plan (the "Plans") to include work force housing as projects eligible for Tax Increment Financing on September 19, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers in the Kalispell City Hall, 201 1st Avenue East, Kalispell, Montana. The Plan amendments relate to both the Downtown Urban Renewal Plan and the West Side/Core Area Urban Renewal Plan. The proposed amendments to the Plans are to include work force housing as projects eligible for Tax Increment Financing within both the Downtown Urban Renewal Plan and the West Side/Core Area Urban Renewal Plan. The amendments are designed to mitigate impacts associated with the City's rapid growth and address blighted conditions within the plan boundaries. No. 28879 NOTICE OF PASSAGE OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION AIRPORT ROAD ZONING DISTRICT The Board of Commissioners of Flathead County, Montana, hereby gives notice pursuant to Section 76-2-205(5), M.C.A., that it passed a resolution of intention (Resolution No. 700B) on September 6, 2022, to change the zoning designation in a portion of the Airport Road Zoning District located at 2449 Airport Road near Kalispell, Montana from SAG-10 (Suburban Agricultural) to R-2.5 (Rural Residential). The boundaries of the areas proposed to be amended from SAG-10 (Suburban Agricultural) to R-2.5 (Rural Residential) are described as: Parcel 1 of Certificate of Survey No. 19942, a tract of land situated, lying, and being in the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 28 North, Range 21 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana.
