No. 28883 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SERVICE REGULATION BEFORE THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF THE STATE OF MONTANA In re NorthWestern Energy's Annual PCCAM Filing Docket 2022.09.083 September 8, 2022 Notice of Application and Intervention Deadline On August 31, 2022, NorthWestern Energy ("NorthWestern") filed with the Montana Public Service Commission ("Commission") its Application for approval of an annual rate adjustment pursuant to its Power Costs and Credits Adjustment Mechanism ("Application/Petition"). NorthWestern seeks Commission approval of a rate adjustment to recover a net under-collection of $52,833,327. The typical residential customer using 750 kilowatt-hours per month would see an increase of $4.15 or 4.55% on their monthly bill due to the annual adjustment. The actual increase will depend on each customer's type and usage. A copy of the filing is publicly available at the Commission's business offices, 1701 Prospect Avenue, P.O. Box 202601, Helena, Montana 59620-2601, and online at the Commission's website (http://psc.mt.gov) under Docket No. 2022.09.083.
