No. 28829 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Board of Commissioners of Flathead County, Montana, hereby gives notice, pursuant to Section 76-2-205(1), M.C.A., that it will hold a public hearing to consider a request to change the zoning designation in a portion of the Two Bridges Zoning District from SAG-10 'Suburban Agriculture' to SAG-5 'Suburban Agriculture'. The boundaries of the area proposed to be amended from SAG-10 'Suburban Agriculture' to SAG-5 'Suburban Agriculture' are described as: Starting at the intersection of the Northerly limit of Highway No. 37, with the Easterly boundary of Section 16 said intersection being a distance of 103.20 feet North of the Quarter corner common to Sections 15 and 16; thence Northerly along the Easterly boundary of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, a distance of 1221.80 feet, to the Northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence Westerly along the North boundary of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, a distance of 293.00 feet to a point, thence South 9°58'00" West, a distance of 1251.00 feet, more or less, to the Northerly limit of Highway 37; thence North 89°12'00" East, a distance of 479.60 feet measured along the Northerly limit of Highway No. 37 to the Point of Beginning. Excepting therefrom that portion Deeded to the State of Montana for highway purposes in Decree recorded August 23, 1983, as Doc. No. 17072, in Book 782, page 377, records of Flathead County, Montana. Subject to and together with Rights of way and easements established or of record. At the public hearing, the Board of Commissioners will give the public an opportunity to be heard regarding the proposed change to the text of the Flathead County Zoning Regulations. Written comments are encouraged and will be reviewed by the Commissioners prior to the hearing if received by the Flathead County Commissioners' Office at least three business days prior to the hearing.
