Pack boys shut out Eagles

MISSOULA — Glacier picked up a road win as they shut out Missoula Big Sky 3-0 in Western AA soccer action Thursday.

Harrison Sanders was a driving force for the Wolfpack offensively, scoring a goal and picking up assists on goals by Liam Ells and Hans Coggins.

Glacier (6-1-3) led 2-0 at halftime and continued their strong play when seven minutes into the second half Coggins passed to Ells, who found the back of the net to make things 3-0 and give Wolfpack goalie Dylan Holly a steady cushion.

The Big Sky girls (7-2-1) topped Glacier 8-3. Reagan Brisendine scored two goals and Reese Ramey added one in the loss.

Cadence Murcray picked up two assists for the Wolfpack (2-8-0).

Next for both Glacier squads is playing host to Missoula Hellgate on Saturday.
