No. 29330 INVITATION TO BID The City of Kalispell, Montana will receive sealed unit price bids for the Shops Roof Replacements. The impetus of this project is to replace the roofing and associated appurtenances of the buildings in the City of Kalispell Shops Complex which were damaged by hail with like materials. The project includes furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required to remove and dispose of existing steel roofs and installing new steel roofs in accordance with current building codes. Also included in the project are other miscellaneous items including sheathing; ventilation, exhaust, and roof penetrations; ridges and valleys; miscellaneous flashings, and other incidental items for complete roof replacements for buildings identified in these documents.
