Easter egg hunts planned for the Flathead Valley

Easter weekend arrives April 8 and 9. Here are a few Easter hunts to hop on down to for an egg-cellent family outing.
• Annual Easter egg hunt at The Springs at Whitefish, April 8, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., 1001 River Lakes Parkway, Whitefish. Hunt starts at 11:30 a.m.
• Hope Church hosts Easter helicopter egg drop and hunt April 8 at the church, 436 Birch Grove Rd, Kalispell. Check-in at noon, egg drop at 1 p.m.
• Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks Easter egg hunt at Lone Pine State Park, April 8, 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Cost is $4 per participant.
• Columbia Falls Lions Club annual Easter egg hunt, April 9 at 1 p.m., Marentette Park. For kids up to age 12.
