No. 29370 SURPLUS PROPERTY RESOLUTION April 12, 2023 SURPLUS PROPERTY DISPOSAL Bigfork Elementary School District No. 38 Bigfork High School District No. 38 Flathead and Lake Counties Bigfork, Montana 59911 WHEREAS, the trustees of Bigfork Elementary & High School District No. 38 declared surplus property at a business meeting on April 12, 2023; WHEREAS, the surplus property includes a 2022 Thomas activity bus with approximately 31,000 miles. WHEREAS, the item will be replaced; WHEREAS, the District would like to sell the 2022 Thomas activity bus; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the 2022 Thomas activity bus will be sold after Monday, May 1, 2023. Approved by the Board of Trustees of Bigfork Elementary and High School District No. 38, Flathead and Lake Counties, on April 12, 2023 at a regular meeting held in the Bigfork High School library. WHEREAS, the items will be replaced; WHEREAS, the District would like to dispose the items; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Jamboard and conference table will be disposed of after May 1, 2023. No. 29372 AUDIT PUBLICATION STATEMENT An audit of the affairs of the Bigfork School District #38, Bigfork Montana, has been conducted by Denning, Downey & Associates, CPA’s P.C. The audit covered the fiscal year ended June 30, 2022. Section 2-7-521, MCA, requires that this publication concerning the audit report include a statement that the audit report is posted on the Bigfork School District web page (bigforkschools.org) and is on file in its entirety and open to public inspection at the Bigfork School District Office, and that the Bigfork School District #38 will send a copy of the audit report to any interested person upon request.
