A man reportedly called 911 because he was upset that he was accused of trespassing at a construction site and said that there was a dog loose in the area. When a dispatcher asked if there was an emergency he said, “Yes, dangerous dogs,” but later admitted the dog was not acting aggressive and was just off its leash. He was instructed to call back using the non-emergency phone number. The irritable man hung up.

A concerned driver told the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office there were two goats in the middle of the road in Columbia Falls, which turned out to be an open-range area.

Two males were allegedly shooting at turkeys in an unsafe manner and someone, who thought they might be poaching them, yelled at them. They took off on U.S. 2 in Columbia Falls.

An unoccupied white and blue boat was spotted floating downstream in Kalispell.

Someone calling from West Glacier wanted to know about overnight parking on the Old Belton Bridge.

A woman was reportedly concerned about a horse that was “acting funny” and she didn’t think anyone had been around to feed or water it.

A Hungry Horse resident allegedly put fill dirt in a county right-of-way.

Concerned parents reportedly asked the Columbia Falls Police Department to talk to their 12-year-old child about the dangers of running away.

Someone allegedly turned over a baggie they found just outside of Hungry Horse that contained random people’s IDs, Social Security cards and credit cards.

A parent asked officers to locate their child’s stolen blue Apple AirPods that were pinging in a nearby location.
