Digital music focus of camp
North Valley Music School offers a Music Tech summer camp for youth and invites young musicians to enroll.
The nonprofit music school matches high-quality instruction from experienced musicians with students looking to pursue their digital musical interests.
The four-day Music Tech summer camp will be taught by Ross Bridgeman. The camp is daily from Monday, Aug. 14 through Thursday, Aug. 17 from 10-11 a.m. Tuition is $100 and scholarships are available.
The camp is for fifth- through eighth-grade students interested in composing digital music on the iMaschine 2 application and iPads will be available, but students are welcome to bring their own devices. This camp is perfect for young aspiring DJs, producers, and composers.
