Law roundup: No tool handy to fix caller’s frustration
A woman submitted an online report about $2,000 worth of tools being stolen and called the Kalispell Police Department several times to check if it was received. She alleged that a man told her he stole the tools. An officer tried calling her back, but her voicemail was full. During one of her calls to the police, she became upset with the dispatcher and demanded a supervisor call her before hanging up.
Someone reportedly recorded two masked males shining flashlights in the truck bed of a gray Toyota Tacoma containing electric bicycles and then riding away on them.

In the background of the call, a man was heard saying, “I will kill him.” She refused to identify her vigilante friend.

A mumbling man purportedly felt a presence in his home and called the police saying he was “really good at reading people,” and that he saw a sign to call the police if he knew the person pictured. He thanked dispatch for their help and hung up before they could make sense of what he was trying to report.
