Whitefish Chamber Gone Fishin’

The Whitefish Chamber of Commerce holds its Gone Fishin’ at Grouse Mountain Lodge on Dec. 21 at 5 p.m. This is a networking event for business representatives to interact with others, exchange information and develop professional and social contacts.

The Whitefish Community Foundation will hold an online nonprofit executive director roundtable on Jan. 18, 2024, at noon. The informal gathering is designed for directors to connect and learn form peers who understand the challenges and opportunities of a nonprofit. Nonprofit board member training

The Whitefish Community Foundation hosts a workshop designed for new nonprofit board members online on Jan. 11, 2024, at 11:30 a.m. The workshop focuses on the legal responsibilities of board members and introduces suggested practices to help carry out core duties and ensure communication between board members. The annual Montana Tourism Awards recognize the outstanding accomplishments of the people, businesses, organizations and communities that strengthen Montana's tourism and recreation industries and thereby contribute to maximizing its economic impact for Montanans.
