Allan Bryan Cafferky, 78
It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Allan Bryan Cafferky, 78, on Dec. 8, 2023. He was born on May 29, 1945, in Los Angeles, California. He was an alumnus of Upper Columbia Academy in Spangle, Washington.
His life was marked by a tireless dedication to his craft and a commitment to excellence. As a respiratory therapist and entrepreneur, he enjoyed a varied and successful career.
Deeply proud of his Irish heritage, he became a citizen of Ireland and could always be counted on to extol the virtues of the Irish people and the culture. As a licensed pilot, he held a deep, lifelong, passion for flying. He was known for being a prolific and romantic poet, gifting friends and family with his heartfelt work.
A stalwart figure in his family, he was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Debbie, for 45 years. He carried a profound sense of pride in his four children, Wendy, Sean, Lindsay, and Rosanna; and his four grandchildren, Rylie, McKenna, Casey, and Ivy-Mae, were the lights of his later years.
His legacy is one of hard work and an enduring love and dedication to family.
At Allan’s request, no celebration of life will be held.
May Allan find eternal peace, and may his legacy inspire strength and unity in those who mourn his passing.
