Law roundup: Frequent arguing upsets woman
A woman went to the Kalispell Police Department complaining about loud neighbors who were arguing at 4 a.m. and also found what looked like blood outside their door. She said they argued frequently and the complex manager told her to contact the police. The responding officer saw what appeared to be food particles on the door that could be confused for blood.
A building manager reportedly had a video of a resident’s new girlfriend showing up at the location drunk and in a hallway screaming, throwing herself on the floor and pounding on the man’s door.
A man on a ridge was allegedly heard yelling into a megaphone to an audience of four to five.
A man allegedly told officers during a welfare check that he had been moved along from another location, was very cold and was “going to lie in the bushes and die because law enforcement wouldn’t help him.” Officers dropped him off at a trailer by a motel.
A resident reportedly dismissed a neighbor’s numerous requests to move their parked motor home, which they said was creating a blind spot.
People allegedly surrendered a dog due to medical bills but kept calling the clinic and harassing employees about getting the dog back that had already been adopted.
Officers followed up with a woman who had reportedly called upset about a towing company’s prices and wanted to know how it was legal to have a homeless person’s car towed. She was told the vehicle was towed because it was a hazard.
A man was allegedly flailing around inside a vehicle. Responding officers confirmed there was a warrant out for his arrest.
An emergency patient reportedly locked himself in a restroom after being discharged.
Someone allegedly saw a man who appeared to be passed out in the receiving area of a business. When officers arrived, he was alert and trying to find food in the dumpster.
Someone called police to advise them that a silver sedan allegedly involved in a previous domestic incident where officers were unable to locate a man, was back in the area.
