David Smith, 72

David Everett Smith, 72, of Kalispell, passed away on Jan. 12, 2023, at Logan Health Medical Center. David was born July 22, 1950, to Richard Charles Smith and Juanita Claire (Johnson) in Kalispell.

Dave was raised and attended school in Kalispell graduating from Flathead High School in 1969.

Dave served in the Army reserves and worked at CFAC for 30 years. Dave loved to fish and was a friend of Bill W. for over 30 years.

He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his son Chad (Jami) Smith; grandsons Bridger and Hunter Smith of Kalispell; brother Rick (Adrienne) Smith of Polson; and life partner Linda Thompson Smith.

A celebration of life will be held at 9:30 on Saturday, Jan. 21, at the Kalispell Alano Club 153 North Meridian Rd. in Kalispell
