Boys hoops: Browning tops C-Falls in OT
BROWNING — Tommy Running Rabbit scored 25 points, seven coming in overtime, and the Browning Indians handed the Columbia Falls Wildcats their first league loss Friday, 83-79.
Maurice Redhorn III added 16 points for Browning (7-4 overall, 5-1 in Northwest A games), who surged ahead in the fourth quarter, then saw the Wildcats (8-2, 5-1) rally to force OT.
Alihn Anderson scored 23 points for Columbia Falls while Cody Schweikert had 18. Bryce Dunham added 13 points and Jace Hill 12; Dunham and Schweikert had six rebounds each.

ANCHORAGE, Alaska — Josiah Misa scored 17 points and Ronan rallied from 15 points down to beat Metlakatla in the boys bracket of the Alaska Airlines Classic basketball tournament Friday.
Marlo Tonasket, Jr. added 14 as Ronan (4-5) won the Battle of the Chiefs. The Metlakatla Chiefs, who were up 23-8 after one quarter, were led by Cameron Gauble’s game-high 18 points.
TJ Jackson added six points and seven rebounds for Ronan, which advanced to the fourth-place game at 6:30 p.m. Saturday. The Chiefs will play Heritage Christian out of Glendale Arizona, which beat East Anchorage 50-35 Friday.
