Vikings score 63-30 win over Mission
ST. IGNATIUS — Isak Epperly led a balanced Bigfork scoring attack with 17 points, and the Vikings pulled away in the second quarter for the District 7-B victory over Mission.
Epperly hit two 3-pointers and added seven rebounds and three steals for the Vikings (10-2 overall, 7-0 in 7-B games), while teammate Nick Walker added 10 points and 14 boards. Bryce Gilliard checked in with eight points and seven rebounds.
Zoran Lafrombois scored a game-high 23 points for Mission (6-5, 5-2). He also had five rebounds and five steals.

POLSON — Jarrett Wilson scored 34 points, 10 to fuel a third-quarter comeback by Polson, and the Pirates held off Libby for the Northwest A win.
Starting with Wilson’s 3-pointer at the 3:00 mark, Polson scored the last 10 points of the game. A steal by Colter Wilson, who then fed Trent Wilson for a layup, helped the closing surge. Espn Fisher’s put-back made it 68-59.
Trent Wilson hit a fourth-quarter three and added 16 points for the Pirates (6-5 overall, 4-1 in the Northwest A).
Tyler Anderson scored 25 points for Libby (6-7, 1-6), which led 31-21 late in the first half.

MISSOULA — Jace Hill scored 19 points to lead four Columbia Falls players in double figures, and the Wildcats outscored Missoula Loyola in a non-conference battle.
Hill hit three of his team’s six 3-pointers, and the Northwest A Wildcats (9-2) led 55-34 after three quarters. Hunter Goodman and Cody Schweikert added 14 points each for Columbia Falls, and Alihn Anderson chipped in 11.
It was the first loss for District 6-B Loyola (10-1), which got 31 points from Noah Haffey — Haffey hit six 3-pointers and scored 21 points in the fourth quarter.

ANCHORAGE, Alaska — The Higley Knights out of Glendale, Ariz., put four players in double figures and downed Ronan in the fourth-place game at the Alaska Airlines Classic Saturday.
Noah Gloor scored 15 points to lead the Knights, who were up 61-39 after three quarters.
Ted Coffman III scored 16 points for the Chiefs (4-7), who went 1-2 at the Alaska tournament, with the win coming 56-51 over Metlakatla on Friday.
Marlo Tonasket, Jr. added 11 points for Ronan and Josiah Misa checked in with 10. Misa and Laurance Lozeau snared five rebounds each.

CORVALLIS — Jarrett Wilson scored 35 points, all after the first quarter, and Polson held off Corvallis in a wild fourth period for the non-conference win.
Wilson scored 13 points in the fourth quarter, including a 7 of 9 performance at line. He hit 9 of 14 free throws overall. Espn Fisher hit 3 of 4 free throws in the final frame for Northwest A Polson (5-5), and Dawson DuMont scored all of his six points in the quarter as well.
Ryan Hutchison scored 17 points to lead Southwest A Corvallis (5-6). All five Blue Devil starters reached double figures.
