Area 406 Festival holds launch party in Whitefish
A Montana native who has had great success in the electronic dance music scene with performances at major music festivals across the nation takes the stage Saturday, March 11 in Whitefish for the Area 406 Festival launch party.
Megan Hamilton, along with special guests Chaddabox, PNUT BUTR and Nick Ferrington, performs at The Remington Bar and Casino at 10 p.m.
As both a producer and vocalist with hip hop roots, Hamilton mixes hypnotic bass, funky ruffs and house grooves to push the envelope with each track, according to her website.
Her creative direction is heavily influenced by Opiuo, EDX, and Poldoore, and established labels Lowtemp, Buygore, Ghetto Funk and Audiophile have supported the artist.
The event is for ages 21 and older.
