No. 29267 Notice of Public Hearing On December 12, 2022, Clydesdale Junk Removal LLC (“Clydesdale”) filed with the Montana Public Service Commission (“Commission”) an Application for Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (“Application”). Clydesdale proposes to transport garbage as a Class D motor carrier between all points and places in Missoula County, Lake County, Flathead County, and Ravalli County, Montana. Evergreen Disposal, Inc. and Waste Connections of Montana, Inc. d/b/a Bitterroot Disposal protested Clydesdale’s application on January 31, 2023. On February 23, 2023, the Commission issued Procedural Order No. 7780, which established a variety of substantive and procedural deadlines for this docket. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Commission will conduct a public hearing on Clydesdale’s Application. The public hearing will commence on March 29, 2023, at 9:00 AM, in the Mullan Room located in the Broadway Inn Conference Facility at 1609 W. Broadway, Missoula, Montana, 59808. The hearing will be live streamed at the Commission’s website (http://psc.mt.gov). The hearing will continue from day to day as necessary, concluding no later than Friday, March 31, 2023, at 5:00 PM. The hearing is for the purpose of receiving evidence (testimony and exhibits) addressing the Application. Testimony submitted at the hearing is subject to cross-examination. The Commission will provide opportunity for in-person public comment at the beginning of each hearing day.
