No. 29447 AUTHORIZATION TO PUBLISH REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES The Flathead County Board of Commissioners is requesting Statement of Qualifications from licensed engineers to provide services to Flathead County, pursuant to the requirements of Section 18-8-201 et seq., M.C.A. Services needed include engineering and initial planning activities for four County bridges including Dry Creek Bridge, Swift Creek Bridge (aka Delrey Road), Baker Avenue Bridge, and Whitefish Stage Bridge. The scope includes preliminary engineering, site visits, inspections, surveys, modeling, environmental review, public engagement, and preliminary design work to repair or replace four County owned bridges. All bridges included in the project are located within Flathead County, MT. No. 29454 NOTICE OF PASSAGE OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION EVERGREEN ZONING DISTRICT The Board of Commissioners of Flathead County, Montana, hereby gives notice pursuant to Section 76-2-205(5), M.C.A., that it passed a resolution of intention (Resolution No. 797HU) on May 12, 2023, to change the zoning designation in a portion of the Evergreen Zoning District from R-2 (One Family Limited Residential) to R-1 (Suburban Residential). The boundaries of the areas proposed to be amended from R-2 (One Family Limited Residential) to R-1 (Suburban Residential) are described as: Lot 4 of Block 1 of Ziesmer’s Acres in Section 33, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana, as shown on Retracement Certificate of Survey No. 20341.
