Incumbent John Piper, 62, has served three terms on Columbia Falls City Council.
He grew up in Columbia Falls and graduated in 1979. He spent 30 years working for Plum Creek Timber Co. and has spent the last 12 years as the evening shift nursing supervisor at the Montana Veterans Home.
