The Music of Legends series continues with a solo concert by renowned violinist Wai Mizutani in All the World’s His Stage at the Wachholz College Center.

Mizutani will perform 12 of the “hardest violin pieces ever written,” displaying technical master and skill, concert manager Alaura Scherrer said.

Mizutani has played with the Juilliard Symphony Orchestra, Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, New York Philharmonic Orchestra and symphony orchestras throughout Europe and Asia and performed at Carnegie Hall, the Kennedy Center and the Hollywood Bowl. He’s shared the stage with Placido Domingo, Luciano Pavarotti and Andrea Bocelli, Barbra Streisand, Paul McCartney and Elton John, and performed in front of Queen Elizabeth and several sitting presidents.

The concert begins at 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 22 on the Flathead Valley Community College Campus. Tickets are $25, not including service fees, and may be purchased online at wachholzcollegecenter.org.
