High school choir students set to perform with Avi Kaplan
Glacier High School hosts singer-songwriter Avi Kaplan, a former member of Grammy-award-winning a cappella group Pentatonix, in a special concert featuring students from around Montana on Oct. 28.
Kaplan was a member of Pentatonix from 2011 to 2017. He released his debut solo album, “Floating on a Dream,” in 2022.
About 150 students from around the state, as far as Joliet, will be rehearsing music from Kaplan’s career including Pentatonix classics like “Hallelujah” and “Run to You,” as well as selections from his solo career, for a 5 p.m. Saturday performance.
