NO. 29861 The State of Montana Natural Resource Damage Program (NRDP) is preparing an interim restoration plan for the natural resources injured by Operable Unit 3 (OU3; the mine site) of the Libby Asbestos Superfund Site. The election will be conducted solely by mail ballot by the Flathead County Election Administrator.
