Law roundup: Partier crashes man’s tranquil slumber

A Whitefish resident was allegedly awakened by a man banging on his door. The man said he was partying with many people and was looking for a place to stay the night. The resident, who thought he was “tweaked out” called the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office.

A woman showed up at a Bigfork residence and was reportedly hitting all the windows.

A Fish and Wildlife game warden passed on secondhand information regarding a man acting disorderly and trying to jump into the water.

Three people were reportedly throwing fireworks at vehicles in Hungry Horse. A couple of kids out walking denied being the culprits.

A parked dump trailer caught fire in Columbia Falls.

A bag of needles was allegedly found on a Kalispell property.

Someone allegedly administered five doses of naloxone to a woman overdosing on fentanyl in Kalispell.

Someone calling from Kalispell alleged that their email was  hacked, resulting in “clients’ payroll being stolen”

Some employees of businesses in a shopping center complained to Kalispell Police about transients setting up a car camp and the situation was worsening along with the drug use and the amount of garbage and broken-down cars left in the lot. Some employees were afraid to walk through the lot to work. Officers moved people along and advised the Kalispell City Zoning Department about the issue and the responsibility of the property owner.
