Bullet holes left on downtown Kalispell businesses
Kalispell Police officers temporarily shut down a portion of South Main Street on Monday after several downtown businesses were found pockmarked with bullet holes, authorities say.
Officers spotted the bullet holes while investigating a complaint on the 300 block of South Main Street about 9 a.m. A section of the road was closed while investigators searched for evidence, officials said.
Traffic was opened by mid-morning Monday.
While the bullet holes remain under investigation, authorities said it does not appear that anyone was injured during the incident.
Officials urged anyone with information about the incident to contact Detective Sgt. Chad Sweigart at 406-758-7791.
