Pass legislation to prevent another Glasgow case

The recent news coming out of Glasgow is very concerning. A child was taken away from her parents by Montana Child and Family Services because the parents were opposed to her transitioning into a male. Child and Family Services is a department of DPHHS which is under Gov. Greg Gianforte.

As a candidate for state House, I am calling on Gianforte to do two things:

1. Fire whoever is responsible for what I believe is a kidnapping by CFS.

2. Change Child and Family Services rules to stop this from happening again in the future

I’m also calling on my fellow upcoming legislators to get legislation passed next session to ensure that Child and Family Services does not take kids away from their parents because the parents are rightly trying to protect their children from harmful transgender ideology.

If none of those three things occur, I pledge to you that I will vote against any funding to Child and Family Services in the upcoming session, because in no world should your money be used to have the state kidnap children from their parents to foster within them a life of delusion and regret.
