Law roundup: Drunk man demands bar arrange ride home

An extremely drunk customer thrown out of a bar called 911 from the parking lot, refusing to leave. He alleged he was thrown to the ground and complained that employees had not arranged a ride for him to get home despite overserving him. He said they stole his wallet by refusing to let him back in to get it. He called Columbia Falls Police Department back when he got home and discovered he had his wallet the whole time, he was just too drunk to realize it.

A woman’s relentless ex allegedly showed up in a green GMC Yukon and began pounding on the neighbor’s door, swearing, throwing and breaking things and trying to fight people. He reportedly continued contacting her despite the pair breaking up a year ago.

Shirts came off when two men purportedly got into a fight.

A man driving a blue Chevy SUV allegedly threw up his hands like he was angry and then put a holstered gun on the dashboard after another vehicle “accidentally” cut him off.

A store manager flagged police down to ask the officer to move along a vehicle in the parking lot because people were sleeping in it. A man and woman told the officer the car was not driveable. The officer advised the pair not to sleep in the car overnight and to get it out of the lot as soon as possible per management.

Broken glass was reported near a business where an officer saw a hole in a glass door that appeared to be the size of a rock.

A pizza fiend reportedly stole someone’s card and tried to buy a pie, according to a call that the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office received.

A man wearing a mask allegedly went behind the counter at a Columbia Falls business, took cigarettes and waltzed right out without paying.

A man in Kalispell reportedly found a puppy dumped underneath a car more than two weeks ago and was seeing more similar-looking puppies and wanted to talk to a deputy about the issue.

A property manager in Kalispell allegedly found a door forced open, which broke the jam, and it looked like someone tried to repair it with nails. Nothing inside the house appeared disturbed or missing.
