Pamela Spengler, 65
Pamela Vinnedge Spengler finished her time with us on June 5. She was surrounded by her loving family as her spirit quietly left her body to be with our Lord. Pamela Gayle Vinnedge was born on June 15, 1958, in Havre, to Delphia and Wallace Vinnedge.
Pam was gifted with musical talent and could play almost any instrument with a little practice. She was blessed with perfect pitch and most loved to play her guitar and sing. As a high school student, she won the Bigfork Junior Miss Pageant and went on to the state competition. She sang the Americana Medley wearing a dress she sewed, and cut and styled her own hair.
Pam enjoyed cooking for others. And she owned and operated the Woods Bay Grill for several years. We all enjoyed having our lunches and breakfasts there. It was fun to see her enjoying playing the hostess for us. Pam went on to employ her skills in other employment and especially enjoyed her time working at the Bigfork Convalescent Center. She enjoyed her service with the residents and felt she was making a positive impact on their lives. She spent her time homemaking and cooking for her husband, Pat Foley, until her illness made it impossible to continue at home.
Pam is survived by her husband, Pat Foley; mother Delphia Blumenthal; father Wallace Vinnedge; brothers Steven (Donna) Vinnedge of Great Falls, and Mac (Jody) Vinnedge of Bigfork; sisters Paula Vinnedge of Corona, California, and Lydia Bunten of Kalispell. She has nine nieces and nephews and 10 grandnieces and grandnephews.
