Kalispell felon sought after violating terms of suspended sentence

A Kalispell felon convicted of criminal endangerment for ramming law enforcement vehicles during a chase near Martin City in 2023 is once again being sought by authorities.  

Prosecutors are seeking the revocation of 40-year-old Troy Allen Hale's April 2024 suspended sentence in Flathead County District Court. Hale tested positive for methamphetamine in July, left his job in August and stopped reporting to his probation officer in September, according to court documents. He also failed to attend substance abuse treatment.
