Following the aftermath of a shooting that killed two firefighters and injured one other in Couer d'Alene, Kootenai County Sheriff has released some details about the shooter, who was later found deceased on the scene.

Bigfork Fire Department officials recount a rescue they completed last week after a car plunged 400 feet off the Jewel Basin Road, with only minor injuries reported.

And wildlife officials establish a chronic wasting disease management zone in the Flathead Valley ahead of hunting season this year.
