Jeryl “Jake” Miller, age 90, passed away peacefully on June 28, 2025, in Kalispell. Born on Nov. 9, 1934, to Ora and Beulah Miller in Kalispell, Jake lived a life full of hard work, adventure, and love.

Jake held a number of jobs over the course of his life, transporting Christmas trees from Montana to California, building forest service roads, delivering beer, and working in the oil fields in Alaska. Before retiring, he worked for McElroy & Wilken delivering cement throughout the Flathead.

Jake will be remembered for the laughter, kindness, and warmth he brought to those around him. He leaves behind a legacy of love that will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.

Jake is survived by his children, Marcey (David) Seymour, Pam (Blair) Holmstrom, Eric Miller, Karen (Frank) Landis, and Fred Miller; stepchildren, Gil Ravan and Jan Tetzel; grandchildren, Rich (Trish) Vincent, Stacey Vincent, Colby (Sheila) Miller, Joliene (Chris Junge) Brechel, Melissa (Caleb) Simpson, and Jacob (Kelly) Miller; sister, Lela Rinke; as well as numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
