18-year-old's attempt to evade deputies ends in wreck, felony charges

A Kalispell man accused of causing a motor vehicle wreck while fleeing deputies earlier this month faces multiple charges in Flathead County District Court.  

Prosecutors filed felony counts of criminal endangerment and negligent vehicular assault as well as misdemeanor fleeing from a peace officer and driving with a suspended or revoked license against 18-year-old Sevin Colin Kawulok following the July 13 wreck. Held in the county jail with bail set at $40,000, he is expected to appear before Judge Amy Eddy on July 30 for his arraignment.
