Sharing an apartment with his ex-girlfriend's brother wore thin on a tenant who asked the Kalispell Police Department for help when the two began arguing. While the disagreement did not boil over into a criminal matter, arriving officers helped the brother pack a bag and gave him a ride elsewhere for the time being. They informed the tenant that the brother had a right to be there as he had lived in the apartment for a month and contributed financially to the household. As the two had less than a week to live together anyway, they were both advised to let bygones be bygones for a little while.

Trying to buy alcohol and getting turned down by a cashier because he had a minor with him, a would-be customer became irate. Employees asked the police to ban the man from the property, but officers were unable to identify either the man or his young companion.

Officers headed to a city parking lot after a neighbor complained about vehicles parking there after it closed. One vehicle had broken down and when the officer came upon it, they found the driver's father under the hood finishing up working on it. The father-daughter duo were informed about the lot's hours of operation. Another officer spoke to a different motorist, who had groceries for a nearby home but was waiting for her mother to leave as they didn't get along. She agreed to wait somewhere else.

A yelling man turned out to be an employee having a bad day.

Authorities caught up with a blue Chevrolet Suburban that was allegedly doing donuts in a parking lot. They banned the pair from the premises.

Finding what they thought was a counterfeit $100 bill jammed under their license plate overnight, a resident told the police they wanted it noted in case it became an issue later. The resident had heard that this was how drug deals went down. Officers noted that the bill was marked as play money.

Officers tracked down the driver of a red Dodge Charger that rammed into a power box, leaving neighbors in the dark, and took off.

Authorities cleared an abandoned bicycle left in the middle of North Meridian Road.

Someone thought they saw two people "engaged in relations" in the shadows around a bunch of boat trailers. Officers were unable to locate anyone in the area.

The driver of a hotel shuttle bus alerted the police to a woman he had just given a ride to a pavilion. She was crying and appeared in distress and had no socks or shoes. Officers tracked down the woman, who was fine.
