On April 29, 2025, NW Services submitted its finalized Application for Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (“Application”) to the Montana Public Service Commission (“Commission”). In its Application, NW Services requests Class D motor carrier authority to transport garbage between all points and places within Lincoln, Flathead, and Lake Counties. The requested authority is limited to commercial roll-off service only. Allied Waste Services of North America, LLC, d/b/a Republic Services of Montana, and Evergreen Disposal Inc. timely protested NW Services’ Application and are therefore parties to this proceeding. 2.
