'A new chapter' for Silverwood Theme Park

ATHOL, Idaho — Silverwood Theme Park will be acquired by Georgia-based Herschend Family Entertainment Corporation, the park announced in a press release Wednesday.
The two parties have signed an "exclusive term sheet," which outlines the terms and conditions of a potential business agreement.
