Renowned pianist joins Glacier Symphony for dramatic opening weekend

Celebrated pianist Alon Goldstein once again joins the Glacier Symphony to perform dramatic works by Ludwig van Beethoven and Gustav Mahler in Emperor & Titan: Mahler 1.
Concerts will feature Beethoven’s distinguished Piano Concerto No. 5 in E flat major, known as “Emperor,” and Mahler’s Symphony No. 1 in D major, known as “Titan.” The program also includes Grammy Award-winning composer Jessie Montgomery’s “Hymn for Everyone,” a piece she composed in 2021 as a reflection on the challenging times of the pandemic.
