The Flathead Avalanche Center will host the 15th Annual Northern Rockies Snow and Avalanche Workshop on Saturday, Nov. 8 at the Whitefish Performing Arts Center.
This event serves as the premier gathering for winter enthusiasts, professionals, and anyone interested in avalanche safety and education across the Northern Rockies. The workshop offers a full day of engaging presentations and educational opportunities featuring seven sessions led by renowned experts in snow science, avalanches, human factors and winter sports. From seasoned backcountry pros to those new to the snow, the workshop provides valuable insights for all levels of experience.
