Volleyball: Glacier, Flathead fall in Helena

HELENA — Glacier’s Allie Krueger had 15 kills and six blocks at the net, but Helena had a little more firepower in taking a four-set Western AA volleyball win from the Wolfpack.

Ella McCarthy had 20 kills and five blocks for the Bengals, who won 25-17, 25-23, 22-25, 26-24.  

Avaleh Thomas added eight kills and a pair of aces for the Pack; Madi Stevens had 24 assists and three aces, and Grace Lingle checked in with seven kills and three blocks.

HELENA — The Flathead Bravettes fell at Helena Capital Friday, 25-22, 23-25, 20-25, 18-25. 

Addison Thornsberry and Makenna Aldrich had 10 kills each for Flathead. Raegan Castillo had 16 digs, Anna Bain 34 assists and Emy O’Dell, three aces.
