Flathead boys soccer picks up first win

BUTTE — Gavin Hammer scored in the 14th minute and the Flathead boys downed Butte 1-0 for their first win of the season in Western AA soccer Saturday.

Alex Miller stopped all six shots he face for the Braves, who were outshot 6-4.

Phillip Russo made three saves for the Bulldogs.
