Real leadership for Kalispell

My wife, Kisa Davison is the clear choice for our next mayor of Kalispell. She is a born leader who has experience starting, running and building local businesses. She never hesitates to get involved and put in the work needed to effect actual change.

I have spent more years on this earth with her than without her, and during those 27 plus years we have faced many hardships. Some out of our control and some as a direct consequence of our choices. In all cases we faced them head on, put in the work, never quit and constantly looked to improve. Whether it was weathering a financial crisis, brain surgery with our oldest son, or our own marital problems, we bit down on our mouthpieces and fought the good fight.

Kisa has the grittiness needed to face all our current challenges as well as any new ones that get thrown her way. I couldn’t be more proud of the woman I call my wife. She helped me raise our four amazing children here in Kalispell and now shares grand parenting duties with me and our three grand kids.

What sets Kisa apart is her ability to bring people together. She has a proven track record of listening first, finding common ground and then taking decisive action. Kalispell is a growing city, and with growth comes both opportunities and challenges. We need someone who can strengthen economic development while safeguarding the traditions, values and character that make this community unique.

Kisa has shown time and again that she can lead with both principle and practicality, making decisions that honor our past while preparing us for a strong future.

She is not a career politician. She understands the struggles of small business owners, working families and seniors trying to make ends meet. She has lived them herself. That perspective gives her the humility to serve and the determination to fight for the people of Kalispell rather than for political gain.

I have no doubt that as mayor, Kisa will tackle tough issues head-on — whether it’s supporting local businesses, addressing infrastructure needs, or making sure our community remains a safe and welcoming place to raise a family. She won’t back down from hard decisions, and she won’t lose sight of the values that make Kalispell home.

If you support the other two candidates, the good news is you get to keep them as City Council members. The only way we lose as a community is if we don’t elect Kisa Davison as the next mayor of Kalispell.

Tax money at work

I have been really glad to see such a great job being done on the Reserve Drive project by our local contractors. Money well spent.

Seeing tax dollars be spent on our roads and the work being done being top notch; it’s a breath of fresh air.

Thanks to all involved.
