Law roundup: Water gun drive-by not a hit with others

People in two vehicles were reportedly spraying each other with water guns and another driver called 911, saying the drivers didn’t use their blinkers when changing lanes on the bypass and one of the vehicles almost went off the road.

A man not in uniform allegedly flashed a police badge at another driver, telling him to “slow the (expletive) down.” Suspicious that he might not be an officer, he called the Kalispell Police  Department to report the incident, saying if he was an officer, someone needed to talk to him about how he interacts with the public when not in uniform.
