Glacier softball holds off Butte for 4-3 victory
BUTTE — Glacier’s Taelor Holt and Ava Grady had big seventh-inning RBIs Tuesday — big because Butte muscled up in the bottom of the inning before falling to the Wolfpack 4-3 in Western AA softball.
Glacier (3-0) jumped ahead with two runs in the first, on Taelor Holt’s squeeze bunt and Grady’s RBI single. Butte (1-1) got one run in its first at-bats and then the game settled into a pitchers’ duel between the Pack’s Olivia Warriner and the Bulldogs’ Brea Henderson.
