Law roundup: These stolen boots were made for fleeing

A man in his 50s allegedly pulled into a parking lot in a black F-150, entered a store, grabbed a pair of $200 Danner brand Tanicus Coyote duty boots, put them on and put his worn shoes back on the shelf and left without paying.
